The midweek rate applies Monday to Thursday, except on public holidays and school holidays.
The important bits, clear from the start
Booking and payment
A 30 % deposit (non-refundable) holds the date. The rest is paid two days before the event. Date changes with 14 days' notice, subject to availability.
Security deposit
€100 before the start, returned at the end once we've checked the space.
Your food
You can bring your own cake and catering (with your own tableware; there's a fridge for the cake). Drinks are bought at the Menuts café; water for the children is fine.
Your decoration
You can decorate as you like using painter's tape. No confetti or glitter, to keep the space safe.
External suppliers
If they need to set up outside the 3 hours, extra time is booked at €40/hour.
During the event
Children must always be with an adult. Someone from Menuts is with you throughout the celebration: they welcome the families, look after the café and keep an eye on the food, the timings and the cake.

Frequently asked questions
What is the Menuts decoration like?
It includes a balloon arch, balloons in the play area, Menuts-style decoration at the entrance and in the lounge, and the number for the birthday child's age. Colours are chosen to your taste; it isn't fully themed, but we can add a personalised detail from their favourite character.
What do the catering and cake in the Big Party and All Sorted packages include?
A varied sweet and savoury spread and a personalised cake for 15 people. If you need more, it can be extended at an additional cost.
Can we bring our own food or decoration?
Yes: with the packages that don't include them, you can bring your own cake, decoration and/or catering, along with whatever you need to serve it (plates, cutlery, napkins). There's a fridge for the cake.
Can we bring drinks?
Drinks are bought at the Menuts café; only water for the children may be brought in. Food and drink are enjoyed in the designated area, not in the play area.
What is the maximum capacity?
Up to 50 people, adults and children combined, for private celebrations.
